Government Equals Force

Today in the Chattanooga Times/Free Press, in an attempt to wiggle out of
the State’s FORCED insurance policy, Lt. Gov. Ron Ramsey said “People
don’t have to drive.”

This came as a result of the vote to try to get out of being FORCED to
buy health care insurance. Pressures are coming on the politicians in
Nashville who FORCED the public to buy car insurance, after a history of
liberty from such FORCE, unheard of in the annals of our country.

Now the Federal government is attempting through the ‘health care bill’
to FORCE Americans to buy health insurance and moreover, if they can’t
afford it, to SUBSIDIZE the FORCED ones with money to enable them to be
in the Insurance Commune.

This puts the State in a precarious position since, with the help of my
own Rep. Jim Vincent, the State passed a law requiring one to have car
insurance. The question has arisen lately as to whether it is
Constitutional to FORCE people to buy ANYTHING.

Thus the devilish and cruel explanation offered by the Lt. Governor, that
“you don’t have to drive.” Oh yeah, Governor, let’s see you and all your
compromisers, from Ramsey to Wamp to Haslam – I want to see you have to
beg for rides or walk everywhere you go. For at least 13 years.

And by the way, if Washington does comes down with their health care
FORCE, all they have to do is threaten to take away your GRANTS! 42 USC
666, 1996 and a multitude of other tyrannical edicts. The latest of which
is to FORCE Rhea County to replace all their road signs or lose their
gasoline taxes. To say nothing of the GREEN FORCES who make you abandon
your vehicle because it doesn’t comply with the emission controls, or how
about the FORCED seat belt usage or the FORCED baby-seat MANDATES which
is the name of “Safety” has enriched the licentious merchants who sell
such things through their mandated economy! And if you don’t do these
things we are FORCING you to do, we will take away your Grant! What kind
of people are these who have no more integrity than to refuse such mafia
tactics!

Sorry to say, this Independent is the only one who has the integrity to
say to the Federal Government, I will stand by the Tennessee Declaration
of Rights which is the sister to the national Bill of Rights.

“The doctrine of non-resistance to arbitrary power is abusive, slavish
and absurd.” Art. I. Sect. 2.

And by the way, Governor, walking is not crowded!
